1st Day : Dhaka – Barishal – Visit
- Start: 10 AM from hotel or airport in Dhaka. In the morning, we will start our journey from Dhaka toward Barisal. As the distance is 180 kilometers which takes about 4 hours. Reaching in Barisal, you will check in hotel then move to restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we will drive for 30 minutes to landlord house. We will visit an abandoned landlord house. The main founder is Rup Chondra Ray built in 16th century. There is possible to walk around to see the building. This is now under Bangladesh government department. Since the area is in village area, we can walk to village, family, paddy field and around the big made made for the subjects of the then landlord.
- Then we drive back to the riverside where local people hang out in the late afternoon. You can stroll around. Afterward, you will get in the hotel for overnight in Barisal.
2nd Day : Barishal Visit – Dhaka
- If you want to see the busy floating market, you have to start at 4.30 am. We will take a transport to drive directly to boat station. It takes about 1 hour. At the boat station, we will get on the boat starting to the floating market in 1 hour.
- You can carry breakfast or will eat in a local restaurant in the floating market.
- You will visit the floating market from your boat. It may takes about 3 hours to visit around. Depending on season, you can see number of boats.
- On the way back, you can visit brick factory where bricks are made and see the lifestyle or workers and villagers.
- There are floating timber markets that you will see daily activities.
- On the road side and riverside, there are saw mills to make wood slice.
- Ship breaking yard where boats and launches are repaired.
- Drive to the town for lunch at a local restaurant.
- According to your choice and timing, you can visit Mia Bari mosque which is the oldest mosque in Barishal. It was built by a landlord in Mughal period. It is still in use. Local cigar factory, a good place to see how people make cigars without machine. These cigars mainly for low class people. Church, depending on permission from clergy, you can visit the biggest Church.
- Drive to Dhaka that it takes 4 hours to reach in your hotel or airport.
- Finish: 6 PM at hotel or airport in Dhaka.

Night Journey from Dhaka to Barishal
- Start at 4 PM : We will pick up you from your hotel or airport and drive to boat station. Launch (ship) starts at 8 PM from the river transport station in Dhaka. In ship (launch), there is cabin to sleep, restaurant to buy food and shop to buy other snacks item. The journey takes about 8 hours. The ship carries maximum about 800 passengers. You can walk around in the ship to see the view. It is amazing experience.
Day Trip : Barishal Backwater Trip
- Reaching at launch station in Barishal, it can be 5.00 am, we will take a transport to drive directly to boat station. It takes about 1 hour.
- You will carry food for breakfast or will eat at a local restaurant in the market area.
- Boat will take about one hour to reach the floating market. Then you will visit the floating market from your boat. It may takes about 3 hours to visit around. Depending on season, you can see number of boats.

- In the late afternoon / evening, we will drive to launch station for overnight journey by ship (launch). The journey is similar to the Dhaka toward Barisal.
- In the early morning, the ship anchors in Dhaka boat station. If there is no dark, we will journey to your hotel or airport to drop off.
- Finish at 6 / 7 AM : Trip ends.
