- We give you money receipt after your payment or payment confirmation E-mail. Your money is reserved until the service is done.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We use your money to book hotel, transport, ticket, permission and guide. Besides tour guide and transport can not get opportunity for another work. An amount is spent from your deposit for these arrangements.
- If you want to cancel any service for any reason, we deduct an amount from your deposit.
- Your cancellation should be minimum 10 days earlier for long tour package.
- What amount is deducted?
- All spent amount we have previously done for service arrangements will be deducted.
- For this work, we charge 10% as our service charge.
- We refund your money through the method we may find easier. But you have to wait for a few days. Our country does not support to send money abroad. OR, you can use this money for future tour service.

- And 1- 4 days before the trip, you can not cancel. Your money will be saved for any future tour service OR 20 % will be deducted.
