1st Day: Dhaka -Srimangal tour, arrival and Srimangal sightseeing
After breakfast, drive from Dhaka in the morning toward Srimangal. The distance is 200 kilometers. On the way, you may visit some places, such as rice processing mill, brick factory and river side. After your arrival in Sreemangal town, a skilled local tour guide from our tourism company will transfer you to hotel / resort / cottage.
Lunch – You will get fresh and take lunch at local restaurant in town. Just after lunch, we will start our sightseeing tour to
- tea gardens – most of the tea gardens like green carpet and green valley. You can walk around to enjoy tranquility and natural views.
- tea workers village – as they are a kind of tribal people. You can visit their community to see their lifestyle and villages.
- Monipuri tribal people– Later we will drive toward Monipuri tribal community to see their life style and hand loom works. They weave their cloths with their hand loom wooden machine. You can also buy their woven cloth as a souvenir.
- 7 Color tea shop- we will sit at seven layers tea stall to taste seven color tea (different seven layers of tea in one glass giving separate taste), this is much famous in the world.
- Drive back to accommodation place for overnight at hotel / resort / cottage. Dinner in the town or in your hotel.
2nd Day: Srimangal- Lawachara – other attractions
We will start the tour early in the morning depending on your decision. It can be at 7/8/9 am. Firstly we will go to the places below.
- Lawachara tropical rain forest for walking or trekking about a few hours through Lawachara tropical rain forest to see wildlife as several kinds of monkey, barking deer, specially Gibbon Hollock . This forest is famous for Gibbon Hollock and adventure visit. To see animals, it depends on timing and location.
- Khasia tribal people– After a walk, you will take some rest at tea cabin or tribal community. We will start walking to Khasia tribal village to see their life style. Their main source of income is betel leaf cultivation. They are matriarchal society and genesis from Mongolia. This community lives only in Sylhet division. After visiting, we will walk to the car which is about one and half kilometer far.
Lunch – At lunch period, we will drive to town for lunch. Take lunch with Bengali dish. You can have lunch at the tribal home if you order earlier. This is local traditional food. After lunch, we drive to
- Madhobpur Lake– we move to Madhabpur lake surrounded by lush green dotted tea garden hills. You can see the natural view from the top and enjoy tranquility. While coming back from this area, we drive through green tea valley that makes green fascinating views of tea garden in Srimangal. You can also walk through tea gardens to feel amazing natural view.
- Tripura tribal people– on the way, you can walk to the village to see the community. They are originally from Tripura state of India. They have own culture and ancestors from Mongolia.
- Drive back to hotel/cottage/ resort for overnight stay in Srimangal. Dinner at a local restaurant or in your hotel.
3rd Day: Orchards, Village Visit around Srimongol / Wetland Visit – Dhaka
We can start at at 8/9 am. In the morning after breakfast, you can choose what you want to do. Check below what can be visited in this day.
- Cycling- you can ride bicycle through tea gardens and village. Cycling is an enjoyable trip in Srimangal, it is the best place for cycling.  After a few hours, you will get back to hotel for check out to drive to Dhaka. If NOT cycling, you can do wetland tour below.
Lunch- in Sreemangal town, you can have your early lunch. Otherwise, you can take lunch at way restaurant.
- Wetland- In the morning, you can travel to wetland – Baikka Beel for watching migratory birds and visiting the natural view in winter. In other seasons, you can travel by boat. Besides you can walk around too. It is the best place for sun setting. After this visit, we come back to the hotel/station or drive to Dhaka. Trip ends.
