1st Day: Arrival in Sunamgonj, visit Tanguar Haor
This trip will start from boat station in Sunamgong. To join in the trip, you can start from Sylhet. The distance from Sylhet to Sunamgonj is about 70 kilometers for which it may take 2 and half hours journey to reach the destination. You can also start from Dhaka at night. Our tour guide accompanies you to get on the boat.
The boat is equipped well for tourists to sleep at night and with the seat on the roof or front to see view around. We will go to watch tower to see the view. If you want, you can experience swimming in the clear water. Then boat will continue to Niladri to see awesome view. In the evening, the boat will be anchored at the Tekerghat to experience the night of Niladri. You will take your dinner in the boat. Over night at cabin in the boat.
2nd Day: Tanguar Haor Visit – Departure
This morning you will see the sunrise from the boat. Then you will take your breakfast. Just after this, we will go to Jadukata river, Barek tilla (hills) and Shimul Bagan. Lunch will be provided in the boat. Boating tour ends here. In the late afternoon, we will get off the boat in Sunamgonj. You can take a night journey to Dhaka. OR we will drive to airport or rail station in Sylhet. Another 2 and half hours drive back to Sylhet. Trip ends.
